Unlock Your Potential – Our New Course Guide Released
We’re pleased to share that our new course guide for the academic year 2022/23 is now ready for reading. You can check it out online here and pick up a physical copy at our reception/any guide station throughout our site.
Every year we help engage, educate and inspire thousands of local people to achieve their ambitions. We offer a wide variety of courses, from entry-level to degree level, and apprenticeships.
If you’re thinking about your future, then we’re here to help. Packed with plenty of useful course information, our easy-to-read guide is a handy tool for helping you choose your best future. We’ve made sure to include course information such as who our courses are for, what you’d study, what you can do next and what you’ll need for entry requirements. We also want you to know if the sector you’d work in sounds right for you, so at the end of each subject area, we’ve included a careers section – showing you what types of roles are available, including average salaries, day-to-day tasks and working environments.
On pages 14-15 we explain what course levels mean, including typical study durations and your starting point at College based on your current grades.
Once you’ve decided on a course and want to apply, we’ve got this process covered too! Simply go to pages 16-17 which breaks down how to apply into simple steps.
If you’d like further support information, then you can see what a typical study week can look like, and learn more about our student support and financial support.
Let’s say you’ve got all the information you’d like for courses and support services. Great! But you want to know more about what studying with us is like. Well, nobody can explain that better than our students, so we’ve included a ‘What our Students Say’ section. You can also find student profiles peppered throughout our guide’s subject areas.
