Howl walk

Join the ‘Rother-Howl Returns’ walk this Halloween… if you dare

27 October 2017

After the success of last year’s Howl Walk, first and second year Degree Performing Arts students come together again to guide the public through ‘Rother-Howl Returns’; a ghoulish performance that takes an audience of up to 50 people around various sites in the town centre.

Trail walkers should expect to hear ghostly stories and should look out for werewolves and zombies along the way! It starts Tuesday 31st October at 7pm outside the Civic theatre and will end approximately an hour later at the 1915 bar, where there is further performances and seasonal vegetable soup to warm up after a chilly walk. A fancy dress competition winner will also be announced so be sure to pick a costume that will scare and spook!

Tickets are £5 from the visitor’s office in Rotherham town centre and £4 for concessions. It is aimed for children aged 12 upwards and anyone under 16 needs to be with a parent or guardian – please note the walk also requires decent footwear and does involve hills.
