DeWalt Delights Rotherham College Joinery Students with Tool Showcase
Excitement buzzed through at Rotherham College today as we welcomed a representative from DeWalt to our campus.
Our Joinery students were treated to an exclusive look at the latest and greatest in DeWalt’s impressive range of tools, an opportunity that proved both educational and inspiring.
The session was a fantastic chance for our students to get up close and personal with the tools of the trade. The DeWalt expert guided them through the features and benefits of each piece, highlighting key differences and demonstrating their capabilities. One of the most talked-about demonstrations was the comparison between the standard impact driver and the ultra high torque version – a real eye-opener for understanding the nuances of power and precision.
Beyond the impact drivers, the showcase also featured a wide array of other tools, including sanders, saws, and much more. Our students were particularly eager to get hands-on with some of the high-end equipment, tools that are used by industry professionals. This opportunity to experience the quality and performance of these top-tier tools firsthand was invaluable, giving them a real taste of what they can aspire to in their future careers. The students were able to ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of the technology and craftsmanship behind these tools.
