Creative agency delivers real brief to Graphic Design students
Guest speakers Nick Bax and Michaela McKone from Human Studio, a creative agency based in Sheffield delivered a live brief for a campaign idea to Graphic Design Foundation Degree students, for students to undertake the brief, generate creative ideas and present back to the guest speakers.
Human Studio visit Rotherham College Graphic Design students often throughout the academic year to deliver presentations, live briefs and other valuable insight into the creative industry.
There was a chance to win £250 and the winning idea will be used in partnership with University of Sheffield. This is a great opportunity for students to develop their portfolios and increase credibility, as well as the opportunity to get hands-on with creative industry leaders.
The campaign theme was ‘Sit Less at Work’, it’s purpose to encourage people to get up, move around more and adapt to a healthier lifestyle. The brief was to create an identity, logo, strapline, and other promotional ideas.
The campaign winners were Georgia France, Dale Richardson and Oliver Coupe.
