A Royally Good Evening

Learners at Rotherham College Hospitality and Catering Department were keen to host a Taste of Britain Night to compliment the variety of special events put on for the year and to mark the Coronation.

Guests at this special evening event were treated to British staple foods, including prawn cocktail, beef and Yorkshire, tomato soup canapes, chicken terrine, fish and chips, steak and ale pie, and treacle tart. Every dish had a quirky British twist, and each was cooked to five-star standards.

The next event on 24th May is the Level 3 Charity Night, where fundraising at the event will go to support Rotherham Hospice.
