Diploma in Creative Media Skills

This qualification is for learners who want to start a career in digital media. It is an ideal qualification for learners intending to progress directly to employment in the digital media sector of the creative industries, or to a related apprenticeship such as a creative digital media apprenticeship.

• Develop rich and immersive media content while building vocational skills to help you progress into further education or training.
• Creative investigation, idea generation, apply practical digital skills.
• Undertake practical projects to showcase a range of media skills including creative investigation, idea generation.

Delivered by staff who work in the media industry – This course will give you the opportunity to develop skills in 3D Modelling, Photography, Video Editing, Animation and Games Design. You will have access to a brand-new facility with professional equipment and a dedicated media room.

This includes a dedicated VR room and 3D printing suite. You will work on creative projects that meet a set brief, which will allow you to develop the professional skills needed to progress to the next level.

Grades 2- 4 in English and Maths, Media or Art experience recommended.
