This qualification is aimed at learners aged 16 and above who have recently entered into the construction industry.
This qualification is also suitable for tradespeople who desire to develop or improve their knowledge of retrofit in the construction industry.
It is also for those without retrofit experience (electricians, joiners, plumbers, plasterers, bricklayers etc) who may wish to work in the related field of retrofit professional roles.
Learners will be introduced to the scope and opportunities offered within the construction industry for those working on retrofit.
*PAS 2035 is using energy efficiency measures such as the addition of insulation and better windows to reduce the heating demand first, followed by low carbon heating and renewable technology while investigating further into energy efficiency.
