This one-year programme is designed for adults wishing to progress to university to study professional degrees within Criminology and Policing.
The course will equip you with the fundamental knowledge, skills and behaviours required to help you progress to have a career in the Police as a PC or part of the CID entry programme, criminal psychology or forensic psychology, as well the criminal justice system including boarder force and the prison and probation services.
This course represent the latest in professional standards, which ensures that you have the knowledge and expertise to progress further academically and professionally.

Our learners have successfully progressed onto a wide range degree programmes at a variety different universities across the country. You will be encouraged to gain experiences linked to Criminology and Policing, and to develop your knowledge, skills and behaviour specific to the subjects you are studying.
- You must be 18 years or over
- GCSE English and maths at grade C/4 or above
- A Maths Functional Skills qualification may be accepted following discussion with the course leader
